10.8.10 Other fancies

Oh no! Late last night, I was on the Anthropologie site dreaming of the dresses I wish I could afford when I saw that little black number for only 60 bucks. That's a steal when it comes to their dresses. And then I hesitated, attempting to get an Anthro card just so I could get the 15% discount whenever your birthday month arrives. I'm still dreamin' cause it's not there anymore. Some other things I'd like for my birthday is a Bender ball. hah, well, yes actually. I've been noticing how hard it is on your butt to do sit ups or crunches. But this is only because I'm too lazy to unravel my yoga mat. I've attempted to wear padded underwear. You know, those ones that enhance flat butts. haha, failed attempt, to say the least. And then of course, this one particular Anthro dress I'm going to seriously try and get. Because it's already on clearance. And it was on this lovely At&t U-verse commercial where a girl with a cute bob haircut's wearing. Although.. that's probably a terrible excuse to buy that dress. And lastly, two makeup products I plan on eventually buying. The Loreal Linear Intense, and the Clinque Acne Solutions Liquid makeup, for when my Korres foundation's all used up.

10.8.10 Atomic Corelle Plates

(photos - google images and ebay)
Lately, I've been attempting to exercise and eat a little better whenever I can. I know I can lose weight if I really wanted to. This is going to sound terrible, but one time, I lost ten lbs. after watching Into the Wild. I had this whole issue with being fit in case I ever went extreme hiking. It never really happened. Also during that time, I had this issue with not wanting to be materialistic. hmm, I still keep the motivation, but it's hard being surrounded by girly friends who are into beauty and fashion. This time though, it's health. And my very good friend gave me the idea of portion control. I always attempted it, but they're even more realistic if when cooking at home to eat your meals on divided plates! You get a pretty legit amount of the right servings you should be eating.

But... when I was looking for some, all I've been seeing were these boring white circular plates with dividers making it look like a peace sign. I know food looks better on white plates and all, and if anything, I would think of only getting one plate for myself. Now.. if only that one plate could be something with a little more pizazz!
