There was a tenant living at my parents house who finally moved out after over a decade. She found a boyfriend who she's going to try to rob from sooner or later. It's so ghetto. That was the reason why she lived with us. She had this husband who was like, over thirty years her senior. I really don't remember how old he was but when he died, she had no respect of ever keeping in touch with his family. He left her his belongings, including all his money, and that's really what she was after. She came here from the Philippines to get a green card. Need I say more? Anyways, the room wreaked and was covered in cobwebs. It was like, some extinct animal's lair. Idk. But then I saw two pieces of furniture in there that I thought was salvageable. The others were chinzy and rickety laminate dressers. The twin bed in there could be used again. It does need a headboard of some kind, and maybe a new top mattress. Right now, it looks like there's two box springs and one mattress. That could use a touch up. Heavy duty rug cleaning.. Still unsure what to do with the flooring. The closet doesn't have doors, and new curtains could be added. I think I'll draw up some floorplans!
